Group A

Belnaleck 0-13 Enniskillen 5-11

Enniskillen Gaels bagged three late goals to make it two wins from two to sit top of Group A.

Simon Bradley’s side took control in the last 10 minutes of the first half as Conor McShea slotted to the net before John Reihill then palmed home after good work by Paddy Reihill to put the away side into a 2-5 to 0-4 advantage at the interval.

By the three-quarter mark, they retained that seven-point lead but Belnaleck did threaten to get back into the game as Che Cullen, Garvan Quigley and Darragh McGurn rattled over points to cut the deficit back to three.

However, the Gaels finished strongly as Johnny Cassidy tucked away two goals and Jack Tierney palmed in another.

Teemore 0-7 Kinawley 1-14

Dom Corrigan’s Kinawley side produced a dominant second-half display as they came from two points down at the break to run out comprehensive winners over Teemore on Saturday.

The Shamrocks had enjoyed the better of the exchanges in the first half as scores from Sean McNally, Aaron McManus, Colm McNally, Aaron Lee and Oisin Murphy helped them into a 0-6 to 0-4 half-time lead.

However, Kinawley raised their game after the break and points from Dylan Bogue and Tomas Corrigan had them back on level terms before they pushed on.

Dara Cathcart, Liam Owens, Tomas Corrigan, Caolan Brennan and Ciaran Breen landed points to make it 0-12 to 0-7 before Ruairi Corrigan put the game out of Teemore’s reach with the only goal of the game.

Group B

Devenish 0-9 Erne Gaels 0-12

Erne Gaels maintained their perfect start with a three-point victory over Devenish in Garrison on Sunday.

Declan Bonner’s Belleek outfit were the livelier side early on as they opened up a 0-5 to 0-1 lead, Brian Mullin, Barry McCann and the sharp Shane Rooney among the scores.

However, the home side hit back before the interval as Fionan O’Brien and Terry O’Flanagan notched points to leave one between the sides at the break, 0-5 to 0-4.

Erne Gaels extended their advantage on the resumption as Ultan Kelm and Rooney tagged on points to put them into a 0-8 to 0-5 lead.

Fionan O’Brien and Jamie Flanagan did clip over scores for the Garrison side but Rooney and Aoghan Kelm kept the scoreboard ticking over Declan Bonner’s side.

Ederney 0-8 Derrygonnelly 3-12

Defending champions Derrygonnelly scored their first win away to Ederney yesterday.

The Harps made a flying start as they raced into a 1-3 to no score advantage and they never looked back.

Gareth McGovern slotted home the first goal in the ninth minute and with Jack Kelly, Stephen McGullion and Shane McGullion among the points they held a six-point lead at the break, 1-6 to 0-3.

Ederney landed the opening point of the second half through Chris Snow but with 34 minutes on the clock the result was effectively put to bed as Derrygonnelly were awarded a penalty which Gary McKenna converted, while Ederney had Paul McCusker dismissed as he was shown a second yellow in giving away the penalty.

Snow and Sean Cassidy did tag on points for Ederney but Derrygonnelly were never troubled and substitute Declan Cassidy tucked away a late third goal.
