Blues rock legend Van Morrison has confirmed he will play shows in Belfast, Cork and Dublin this summer.

Following on from his two sell-out gigs this month at Belfast’s Ulster Hall, the east Belfast performer will delight fans when he returns to Live At Botanic Gardens on Sunday May 26.

Having last performed at the venue in 2019, when he performed a two-hour set and infamously residents of the nearby Holyland area joined along in a deafening chorus of “Sha-la-la-la” and “G-L-O-R-I-A”.

The 78-year-old Grammy Award winner released his 45th studio album, Accentuate the Positive, in November 2023 and is sure to perform his latest hits such as Moving On Skiffle alongside his favourites such as Brown Eyed Girl and My Lagan Love.



Showing no signs of slowing down, Morrison recently announced two intimate shows this Easter at the Culloden Estate and later this summer together with his band he will perofrm Live At the Marquee in Cork on May 31 and Live at The Iveagh Gardens in Dublin on July 4.
