FOR £60 a go, art lovers will have a chance to buy the original work of either an established artist, a promising newcomer or a talented amateur in an anonymised exhibition in Belfast next month.
Ulster University's Secret Postcards will be a display of more than 200 large postcard-sized (A5) drawings, photographs, paintings and prints, where the name of the artist will not be known until purchase.
Neil Shawcross, Colin Davidson, Willie Doherty, Oliver Jeffers, Ros Harvey, Marcus Patton, Mark Shields, Carol Graham and Peter Richards are among the artists to donate works.
The show opens on Thursday May 17 at 5.30pm at the York Street campus with all funds raised going towards supporting Unique, Ulster University’s Belfast School of Art student-led art and design shop.
