ACCLAIMED actress Christina Nelson returns to the stage in Belfast this month in Is That Too Hot?, the sequel to hit comic play I'll Tell My Ma. The story follows the continued antics of characters Granny Eileen, Davina Carina and Chelsea Marie as they stumble their way through another year in their turbulent lives.
There is humour in abundance, touched with pathos, as the story set in the local hairdressing salon unfolds.
Roisin Gallagher stars as Olive, the loveable hairdresser, who shares the hopes and fears of her young colleagues. The Patricia Gormley play is directed by Alan McKee and produced by Joe Rea.
:: Is That Too Hot? runs at The MAC, Belfast from January 23 to February 10. Themaclive.com
