Slipstream Summer Show in aid of Belfast food bank

GOOD music for a good cause is what Belfast musician Colm McIntyre promises of his upcoming gig in the city this weekend.

After launching his debut album Redemption in May and fresh from his Irish tour supporting Cormac Neeson of Co Down rockers The Answer, McIntyre and The Slipstream Bands perform The Slipstream Summer Show at The Black Box on Sunday August 11, with proceeds going to the South-West Belfast Foodbank.

Doors 6pm for 6.30pm; support on the evening comes from the String Ninjas and singer-songwriter Paddy Collins.
