A photographic exhibition is offering a glimpse into almost two decades of performances by some of Ireland's most popular singers.
'Let Us Entertain You' is a collection of images captured by Vincent Loughran, who for over 50 years has been documenting life in Co Armagh for local newspapers.
His love of music forms the backbone of his new exhibition, which features photos taken at venues including the Market Place Theatre in Armagh which hosts the display.
Stars of Irish country music and the showband scene feature heavily, including fan favourites such as Philomena Begley and the late Big Tom.
"Many of the images are signed by the artists themselves, so they hold great value to me and I feel it brings the viewer closer to the subject," said Vincent (72).
"The theatre suggested I choose 60 images and it was hard selecting them from the over 850 that I have printed, covering the wide range of performers that have graced the stage here and elsewhere.
"Doing so has really reminded me how important music and the arts has been to Co Armagh over the years.
"The country scene here especially has always been huge and something that brought both sides of the community together during the dark times. I hope this exhibition captures that power and celebrates it."
