CALL centre firm Firstsource Solutions has secured a contract extension with mobile network provider giffgaff.
The three-year deal will see the company's giffgaff team expand by 16.
Firstsource employs 2,000 people in Northern Ireland including 64 who currently service giffgaff in Derry.
Giffgaff, which has no high-street presence, is considered a "virtual operator".
Firstsource said it and giffgaff had invested more than £130,000 with local contractors to expand its Derry base.
