AWARD-winning customer service giant Teleperformance, which already employs around 2,000 people in Northern Ireland at its centres in Bangor and Newry, has begun a major recruitment drive to hire additional staff in 2017.
The company is holding an open day at its Newry base at The Quays on Friday January 13 (10am to 3pm) at which a number of full- and part-time customer service opportunities will be available, offering salaries up to £15,500 a year.
Teleperformance began in 1978 and since then it has gone from strength to strength supporting many global brands to provide exceptional customer service. Today it has has a network of 311 contact centres in 65 countries.
