THE new Marks and Spencer foodhall at Belfast International Airport is to open next month, creating 23 jobs.
The store is part of a £2.5 million retail development at the airport, alongside Chopstix, Burger King, Subway and Irish independent coffee chain Insomnia, who will open its first store in the north.
M&S will open on October 19 and the 2,400 sq ft store will be managed by Michael Gillen.
Mr Gillen, who been with M&S for 11 years said the new store launch has been widely anticipated in the local community.
"We’re looking forward to bringing the best of M&S food and drink to Belfast International Airport and the surrounding area."
M&S Aldergrove in Antrim will be open Sunday to Saturday (7am-11pm). Local residents are invited to celebrate the opening from 10am on Thursday, October 19.
