EVERY company and individual short-listed in this year's Women in Business Awards is to be invited to an overnight retreat at the luxurious Corick House Hotel & Spa in Co Tyrone.

Entries for the awards, now in their seventh year, close at noon next Monday (October 2).

And those female entrepreneurs and business leaders who make it through the judging process will then be able to attend the retreat on Monday October 23.

Roseann Kelly, chief executive of Women in Business, says she is keen to encourage entries from all across business sectors in the north.

“Our Women in Business Awards celebrate, reward and acknowledge the hard work and achievements of some of the most successful, entrepreneurial and inspiring business women throughout Northern Ireland," she said.

“The initiative allows all sectors and industries to come together for an evening of celebration to recognise the best of home grown talent and the valuable contribution that women make to economic life here.

“And we are also delighted that all 2017 finalists will again have the opportunity to attend the exclusive overnight finalists' retreat generously sponsored by Corick House Hotel and Spa.

"This event is a key element to the awards as it is a unique opportunity for finalists to come together in a relaxing environment to enjoy an afternoon and evening of networking and business support.”

This year’s Awards will be held at the Crowne Plaza, Shaws Bridge on Thursday November 9. To enter before next Monday's closing date, visit www.womeninbusinessni.com
