FRESH foods producer Willowbrook is seeking to expand its international horizons by showcasing its mashed potato and vegetable products at this year’s Gulfood food and drink expo in Dubai.
In addition to an ambitious UK and Ireland growth strategy, which includes the recent opening of a new state of the art production facility in Newtownards, Willowbrook now hopes to make its first foray into the international market.
Willowbrook Foods managing director, John McCann said:
“With our sales in the UK and Ireland experiencing significant growth, we believe now is the right time to explore international opportunities and are proud to be exhibiting at Gulfood alongside other innovative companies from the Northern Ireland agri food sector.”
Gulfood is the world’s largest annual food and beverage trade show and plays an active role in setting the global food agenda.
Willowbrook Foods is one of 17 Northern Ireland food and drink companies exhibiting at Gulfood 2018, supported by Invest NI.
