NEWRY-based currency exchange business Bureau Buttercrane is featured in the 2020 edition of the Parliamentary Review, published by Westminster Publications Limited in London.
Established more than 25 years ago by John and Marie Gildea, it specialises in providing physical foreign exchange services and electronic payment services to businesses and consumers, and the company has developed expertise in making cross-border currency payments between the UK and Europe.

Founded with the Rt Hon David Curry as chief editor to share and promote best practice across the public and private sectors, the Parliamentary Review is a platform for innovative and progressive UK businesses and schools to be heard, address the challenges they face and share their insight.
The Review highlights significant developments and concerns for business leaders up and down the country, and its co-chairman is Lord Pickles said: “As Britain undergoes changes, it is essential that politicians have a firm understanding of the challenges with which organisations must contend, and rhe Review once again provides a perfect platform for this.”
In her foreword for the Parliamentary Review, International Trade Secretary Elizabeth Truss said that “commerce and free exchange are the engine room of prosperity and social mobility” and that she is “determined to tackle the forces who want to hold that back”.
