A CO Tyrone company has revealed its plans for a new business park in Cookstown.
Sperrin Trading Services has proposed 16 class B business units next to its premises on the Sandholes Road.
The company has lodged a pre-application notice with Mid Ulster District Council, which is required for major developments.
Located on the edge of the Co Tyrone town, the seven-acre site is just across the road from the new headquarters for CDE Global.
Industry monitor Construction Information Services Ireland estimates the value of the business park project at around £7.2 million.
It would mark the latest expansion of the industrial end of the Co Tyrone town.
The nearby Kilcronagh Business Park is already at an advanced stage, with a number of traders relocated to the new build units.
The overall masterplan involves developing up to 53 acres.
