THE north’s biggest Renault truck dealership is to expand its operation into Britain after acquiring a warehouse in Warrington for a reported £4.6 million.
Mallusk-based Diamond Trucks is set to make the four-unit 45,000 sq ft premises its first base in England as part of plans to expand into the GB market.
A fit-out is currently underway ahead of the planned opening in August.
Diamond Trucks will occupy three of the units and let out the fourth.
Director Harry Nash said: "The acquisition of our new site in Warrington is a good strategic fit for us, extending our influence to support Renault Trucks operators on both sides of the water, and opening up opportunities for new business in the area."
