A SIX storey building in the heart of Belfast’s retail core has gone on the market for £13.3 million.
The 68,534 property, which faces onto Donegall Place and Fountain Street is home to book retailer Waterstones and DV8’s new flagship Belfast store.
Law firm A&L Goodbody occupies the top three floors, while US software firm ESO Solutions leases the second and third floors.
Property agents Savills said the building generates a gross rental income of £948,126 per annum.
Ben Turtle, head of Savills NI said he expects strong interest in the city centre asset.
“This is arguably one of the best located mixed-use investment opportunities to come the market in Belfast in recent times,” he said.
“The strong line-up of tenants in situ, coupled with quality of office and retail accommodation, is likely to attract a number of potential investors, therefore we expect strong interest in this sale.”
