BELFAST-based hospitality group The Warren Collection has announced plans to open new luxury serviced apartments in Malta.
The company, which recently revamped former student accommodation on Donegall Street into ‘The Quarter’, has now set its sights on investment opportunities in the Mediterranean.
David Warren and Mark Docherty launched their hospitality venture in 2021, redeveloping a townhouse on the Malone Road into ‘Number 11’, a specialist boutique accommodation venture.
Their next investment is in Malta's Msida. The luxury serviced apartments includes a rooftop pool with bar restaurant and gym.
