FERMANAGH’S Killyhevlin Hotel has unveiled 12 new self-catering studio units following a £1.6 million investment.
The River Erne resort has invested £3m since 2021, doubling its luxury self-catering accommodation.
The new Lakeland Studios follow the addition of woodland lodges with private hot tubs, and lakeside lodges at the venue.
The Enniskillen hospitality business worked with a number of local companies on the project, including Elliott York Partnership and Kavanagh Construction, along with BuildWright Modular Homes and Douglas Wallace.
“Every detail of the Lakeland Studios has been carefully considered and includes bespoke furniture, modern appliances, porcelain tiles, soothing paint tones inspired by the surrounding lakeside and woodland environments," said the Killyhevlin's HR director, Leigh Watson.
"This creates a modern and luxurious feel with a sense of space, warmth and comfort.
"Each studio has its own private balcony/terrace and is perfect to really make the most of the beautiful Lakeland setting."
