In this excellent role based in Ballymoney, the HR advisor will be responsible for the overall HR generalist remit, covering a broad range of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, legislative compliance, reporting and returns, equality and diversity, and health and safety.The post holder will play a key role in ensuring the HR operating model is embedded successfully.The successful candidate will also be expected to work with the HR partner and regional teams to proactively plan recruitment in relation to resourcing needs, and designing and developing the most cost-effective recruitment and selection solutions for the organisation.
