The judges will be looking for companies, which show a planned approach to implementing work-life balance, health and wellbeing practices and can demonstrate exemplary initiatives to enable the workforce to continue to deliver results.
In your submission, please pay particular attention to the following questions:
Outline the unique policies (beyond the regulatory requirements) your organisation has put in place to benefit employees.
Give examples on how these initiatives are aligned to the needs and expectations of all employees.
What impact have these policies had on employee welfare?
How can you link a healthy workforce to improved performance within your business?
Closing date for entries is 12 noon on Thursday 28th April 2016. Finalists will be announced on Thursday 12th May 2016.
