Following a spectacular sold out show in 2023, Ireland’s biggest electronic festival will once again take its place on the Boucher Road Playing Fields.

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of EMERGE Festival, including when it takes place, artists on the lineup and how to get there.

When is EMERGE Festival?

Emerge will take place over the August bank holiday weekend, from the 24th to the 25th of August.

Gates will open at 3pm and curfew for the event is approximately at 11pm.

Who is playing, and how can I get tickets?

Promising to be its biggest year yet, Emerge is boasting a massive lineup of more than 50 acts, featuring both world-class and local talent acts.

There are four stages in the event, with both Patrick Topping and Peggy Gou headlining the Emerge stage. Elsewhere, Irish talents such as Galway’s Kettama will play on Sunday night, as well as Tipperary’s BLK. headlining the SHINE stage.

Joe Dougan from Emerge Festival Belfast has commented on the impressive lineup, and mentioned the festival’s emphasis on creating both an audio and visual spectacle:

“The audio/visual experience is a huge emphasis for us, and we plan to substantially raise the bar with this - the plans look spectacular. This year’s bill is a world class line-up of talent in this genre, with a really strong element of homegrown artists, who are headlining and closing stages alongside the best electronic acts on the planet.”

Organisers have also stated that tickets will only be on sale via Ticketmaster.ie and have warned to be wary of tickets being sold through other sites and social media.
