THIS year’s London Concours car show is set to feature a spectacular selection of rare hypercars on display from Jaguar, Bugatti, Pagani, McLaren, Koenigsegg and Zenvo – including a couple of uber-rare road legal examples.
“Our show is renowned for assembling the most jaw-dropping display of machinery and this June’s show is going to be no different,” enthuses Andrew Evans, MD at London Concours, which will return for its eighth year from June 4 to 6 at the Honourable Artillery Company in Old Street.
“In just over a month’s time, we’ll bring all manner of exotic cars to the HAC, and this Hypercar display is a feature that we’re particularly excited about.
“It will demonstrate just what the world’s most talented automotive engineers are capable of when they’re let loose, showcasing the most fantastic range of automotive designs and technology in the process.
“It’s certainly a feature that fans of performance cars aren’t going to want to miss.”

Here’s a full run-down of the mouth-watering metal which will be on display:
JAGUAR C-X75
Manufactured in partnership with Williams Advanced Engineering, the gorgeous Jaguar C-X75 was an all-wheel drive, plug-in hybrid powered by a Formula 1-inspired all-aluminium, 1.6-litre, turbo and supercharged four-cylinder motor.
Capable of producing 502bhp at 10,000rpm, its engine was supplemented by a pair of electric motors which provided instant torque as well as an electric-only range of up to 60km. Combined outputs for the concept were rated at 850bhp and 738lb/ft of torque, propelling the C-X75 from 0-60mph in under three seconds, reaching 100mph in under six seconds on its way to a top speed of 220mph.
The car that will be displayed this June was recently made road legal by Callum Designs – making it the only road-going C-X75 in the world – and featured in the James Bond film Spectre.
MCLAREN P1
Launched in 2013, the 903bhp, 217 mph P1 was powered by a 3.8-litre twin turbo V8 assisted by an electric motor. With the aid of its retractable rear wing, the P1 was capable of generating an impressive 600kg of downforce at 160 mph, helping it stick to the track while lapping the Nürburgring in under seven minutes - a feat achieved by the very car which will be featured at the London Concours, the factory development prototype P1 XP2R.
BUGATTI VEYRON
The Veyron was a genuine hypercar game-changer when it was launched in 2003: pushing out over 1,000bhp from its eight-litre, quadruple-turbo engine and boasting a top speed in excess of 250mph, it was also renowned for its refined driving experience, said to be as mannered as that of a Volkswagen Golf GTi - although slightly less frugal on fuel and a bit more of a challenge to navigate around the average supermarket car park, naturally.
KOENIGSEGG CCXR
The only right-hand drive, manual gearbox example ever made of this Swedish hypercar will be on display at London Concours. Capable of over 250mph, the rear-wheel drive CCXR was powered by a 4.7-litre twin-supercharged V8 engine, putting out 1,032hp and 782lb/ft of torque.
It could also be run on environmentally-friendly E85 and E100 ethanol for reduced emissions and enhanced power.
PAGANI ZONDA
A track-honed but road legal Pagani Zonda Revolución will be one of the hypercar highlights at London Concours: it’s one of only five built – and the only road-going example in the entire world.
Based on the Pagani Zonda R, the be-winged Revolución features a mid-mounted Mercedes-Benz AMG-built 6.0-litre V12 producing 800bhp and 538lb/ft.
ZENVO TSR-S
Equipped with its signature ‘active’ rear wing – which can be used to enhance braking as well as acceleration and grip - the Danish-made Zenvo TSR-S is powered by a twin-supercharged 5.8-litre V8 which produces an impressive 1,177bhp, driven via a sequential motorsport style gearbox.
The car which will be on display in June is owned by Tim Burton - no, not that one: the YouTuber also known as ‘Shmee150′ - and is equipped with the rare Power Pack option which boosts the engine by a further 183bhp to a mighty 1,360bhp.
