Stand-up comedian and actor Kevin Hart will return to Belfast this year with his new stand-up tour Acting My Age.
Kevin made Belfast his home while filming action movie Lift in 2022 and evidently made the most of his time in Northern Ireland.
Besides being spotted while filming at locations such as the historic Crown Liquor Saloon in Belfast city centre and Bangor’s Ward Park, he made headlines when he started popping up to do intimate comedy gigs around the city.
Enjoying the buzz of Belfast crowd he continued to add more gig dates in Limelight, testing his comedy special ‘Reality Check’ before bringing it to Belfast’s SSE Arena.
Now he’s back with his ninth standup special Acting My Age in which Hart hopes to “change things up” and create a more intimate environment and “feed off the crowd’s energy and laughter.”
Reality Check was named the number one Comedy Tour of 2022 by Billboard, and in 2023 Billboard named Hart the Hight Grossing Comedian of the year.
In 2020 Hart released his seventh hour long stand-up special, Zero Fu**ks Given, which quickly became Netflix’s biggest stand-up special of 2020 and earned him a Grammy nomination for Best Comedy Album.
Hart also earned Emmy nominations for Die Hart, and the sequel Die Hart 2: Die Harter – both for Outstanding Actor in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series along with an Emmy nomination for his Docu-series, Don’t F**k This Up.
