BRITPOP icons Oasis have announced that they are to reunite next year for a series of huge live shows, including a pair of Dublin dates.

The Liam Gallagher-fronted band, which was last active in 2009 before singer, songwriter and guitarist Noel Gallagher quit in the wake of a backstage bust-up with his brother, are set to play a run of 14 gigs next summer on their Oasis Live ‘25 tour.

The live dates will kick off with two nights at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on July 4 and 5, followed by four shows on the Gallaghers’ home turf in Manchester at Heaton Park on July 11 and 12 and July 19 and 20.

The re-united band will then perform four dates at London’s Wembley Stadium on July 25 and 26 and August 2 and 3 before heading north to Scotland for a pair of dates at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium on August 8 and 9.

The 14 show tour announced this morning at 8am via social media will then climax in Ireland, with two dates at Dublin’s Croke Park on August 16 and 17.
