While Belfast is where the ill-fated Titanic ship was designed, built and launched, it’s history and legacy is celebrated across the world.

Next month, the story of the Titanic will be retold like never before at a new London immersive experience.

Titanic: Echoes From The Past which opens in Camden on February 6, combines historical facts with immersive storytelling and virtual reality (VR).

The 30-minute experience takes visitors from the heights of the starry night to the depths of 3,800 metres underwater, as you follow the RMS Titanic on its fateful journey.

The attraction involves multiple sequences, including hitting the iceberg and getting a closer look at the wreck.

Throughout Titanic: Echoes From The Past visitors will be guided by the character of pioneering filmmaker William Harbeck, and follow his footsteps as he searches for mysteriously lost film reels from the ill-fated voyage.

Visitors will be able to stroll along the boat deck with the passengers of 1912 and marvel at the Titanic’s grand scale, join guests in the famous grand staircase, and remember the lives, dreams, and aspirations lost in one of history’s most iconic tragedies.

Of course, closer to home Titanic Belfast, located beside the Titanic Slipways, the Harland & Wolff Drawing Offices and Hamilton Graving Dock – the very place where the ship was designed, built and launched, is a renown tourist attraction.
