ARMAGH are set for two Saturday showdowns if they are to reach this year’s Ulster SFC final, it has been confirmed.

Throw-in times are still to be decided in conjunction with TV stations, but the reigning All-Ireland senior football champions will meet Antrim on neutral ground on Saturday April 12 in the first quarter-final.

If Kieran McGeeney’s men win that, they will then face either old rivals Tyrone or Cavan in the first semi-final a fortnight later, on Saturday April 26.

The Ulster SFC opener, the preliminary round between holders Donegal and the winners for the previous two seasons, Derry, will take place at MacCumhaill Park, Ballybofey, on Sunday April 6.

Tyrone host Cavan at O’Neills Healy Park in Omagh on Sunday April 13, with Fermanagh welcoming Down to Brewster Park in Enniskillen on Saturday April 19.

The fourth quarter-final, between Monaghan and the winners of the opening match, will be on Sunday April 20. If Donegal are still holding onto the Anglo-Celt Cup that game will be in Clones, but if Derry come through they will have home advantage at Celtic Park.

The second semi-final – Fermanagh/Down v Monaghan/Donegal/Derry – will take place on Sunday April 27 with the Ulster SFC final on Sunday May 11.

Meanwhile, Donegal’s postponed Allianz Football League Division One opener away to Kerry, which was put off due to the effects of Storm Eowyn, has been re-fixed for Saturday February 8, with a 2.30pm throw-in time in Killarney.
