The date and throw-in time for the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Football Championship final between Balinderry Shamrocks of Derry and Mayo’s Crossmonlina Deel Rovers has been confirmed by the GAA.
The match was originally scheduled to take place last Sunday in Croke Park but was postponed due to a bereavement in the Crossmolina club.
The game will now take place on Sunday January 26 at Croke Park with a 1.30pm throw-in. The match will be shown live on TG4. The match will be decided on the day with extra-time and penalties if required.
Ballinderry defeated Kerry champions Austin Stacks of Tralee in the All-Ireland semi-final on January 4. Crossmolina were winners over Caragh of Kildare on the same day.
Both clubs are previous winners of the All-Ireland senior club football title. Ballinderry lifted the Andy Merrigan Cup in 2002 with Crossmolina having won it the previous year.
