This Saturday’s refixed AIB All-Ireland club SFC semi-final clash between Kerry’s Dr Crokes and Ulster champions Errigal Ciarán has been moved to Cedral St Conleth’s Park in Newbridge.

The match was originally fixed for Portlaoise, but will now be played at the renovated county ground that hosted Kildare’s defeat to Galway last weekend.

A pitch inspection earlier today deemed Laois Hire O’Moore Park unsuitable for the last four clash amidst an orange weather warning issued by meteorological body Met Éireann throughout most of the Republic of Ireland for both Wednesday and Thursday.

The other fixture sees Sligo’s Coolera-Strandhill face Cuala in Cavan’s Breffni Park. Throw-in in Newbridge is set for 3pm, with Coolera-Strandhill v Cuala at 5pm. Both matches will be shown live on TG4.

Meanwhile, details have been announced for some of the refixed Electric Ireland Sigerson Cup matches.

UCD will now travel to Tipperary to play UCC on Friday at 5pm. The ‘Bel Clasico’ of St Mary’s v Queen’s is also fixed for 2pm on Friday at Davitt’s GAA club in west Belfast.
