Errigal Ciarán take on Dr Crokes in Newbridge for a place at Croke Park in the All-Ireland final after a weather postponement and a venue change.
After convincingly winning the Tyrone championship and taking the Ulster championship, Errigal Ciarán now hope to become the first Tyrone side to make an All-Ireland final.
Dr Crokes are the opponents that stand in the way of Enda McGinley’s side as they look to repeat their 2017 feat, when they defeated Derry’s Slaughtneil by two points to claim the All-Ireland title.
This semi-final was initially meant to be played at O’Moore Park in Portlaoise but due to the recent cold snap, the venue was changed to St Conleth’s Park in Newbridge, Co Kildare.
The winner of this tie will play either Dublin’s Cuala or Sligo’s Coolera-Strandhill, who play out their semi-final today at 5pm, at Croke Park for the title of All-Ireland club football champions.
Errigal Ciarán look to be the second Ulster side to make it to an All-Ireland final after Ballinderry, who made the Intermediate club final before it was postponed due to a death in the Crossmolina community.
