Junior All-Ireland champions Fermanagh lead the way for Ulster in terms of team of the championship winners as a total of 13 Ulster players have been selected at the intermediate and junior levels.
The Ernewomen won the junior championship after beating Louth at Croke Park to regain intermediate status, whilst Tyrone Ladies lost the intermediate final against Leitrim, who regained their place in the senior championship.
Fermanagh had six players selected for the junior team of the championship: Ciara Clarke, Molly McGloin, Shannan McQuade, Cadhla-Cara Bogue, Bláithín Bogue and Eimear Smyth.
Smyth was Player of the Match in the All-Ireland Final victory over Louth and her high-scoring exploits throughout the season earned her the ZuCar Golden Boot award as the leading scorer in the TG4 All-Ireland Championships.
Five Tyrone ladies received awards: Jayne Lyons, Meabh Corrigan, Aoibhinn McHugh, Emma Jane Gervin and Aoife Horisk
Down’s Ladies footballers are also represented in the intermediate team of the championship through Erin Sands and Laoise Duffy.
Down and Tyrone met in the Intermediate semi-final in Clones where just a goal separated the sides as the O’Neill county went on to the showpiece.
LGFA President Michael Naughton said: “The 2024 TG4 All-Ireland Junior and Intermediate Championships produced brilliant football once again.
