Under the Hawthorn Tree at the Market Place Theatre this Saturday evening follows the journey of three brave siblings as they fight for survival during the Famine in Ireland in 1845. This story of family, history and hope is told like never before in a new play by Charles Way, directed by Paul Bosco McEneaney, with original music by Garth McConaghie.

Starting the cruise from Share Discovery Village, you will sail to Knockinny Wildlife Refuge, passing several islands including Naan Island nature reserve. Fionbarr Cross from RSPB will provide expert information on the wildlife and bird species that you will see sailing whilst enjoying a delicious afternoon tea. This Saturday 12pm to 2pm.
