@foodandcraic Had to go and see if @lizzo was really missing out with the spice bag ️️ Lasa serving up all sorts of Filipino treats #belfastfood #northernireland #FoodLovers #foodtiktok #ViralFood #GoodFoodVibes #belfast #food #FoodBusiness #FoodInspo #discovernifood #BestFoodPlaces #belfastfoodplaces #UKFood #FoodiesOfTikTok #discoverfoodni ♬ sour haribos - venny

Opening in 2020 Lasa offers a take on Filipino street food. However, they are best known for their spice bag, particularly after pop star, Lizzo, took to social media to voice her disappointment that she missed out on trying it when she was in Belfast as the restaurant was closed.

  • Eating Out: Wing it, superbly – with wallops of sauce for good measure

However, their piece de resistance is their cinnamon roll, which consistently sells out, meaning the café has to make more throughout the day. It is a must-try if you’re planning to visit Brew & Bake in the not-so-distant future.

Stran-wiches, 153 Stranmillis Rd, Belfast (12pm-3pm, closed Monday & Sunday)

@keevaeats Stranwiches: Hands down the BEST SANDWICHES in Belfast It is the sibling of everyone’s fav taco spot No 1 and is just a few doors down on Stranmillis (hence the v clever name ) the shop has been expertly designed and fitted out to reflect those NYC delis we all know and recognise (think The Bear but with a lot more style and less chaos) Now for the food. These are some of the best sandwiches we ever have had! Delicious filling combos, super generous portions in the perfect sandwich bread - 10/10 would recommend! The weekly menu is ever changing with a few classic staples, I will never get bored of making my way through their creations This was our second and equally successful visit, we shared the Grinder and the Honey Bear. Both were SO good and I highly recommend trying both They have a few tables to sit in but if you’re in a rush they travel super well back to the work desk. They are also soon to be available for delivery, keep your eyes peeled for that! #belfast #belfastfood #belfasteats #belfasttiktok #tiktokbelfast #sandwich #nifood #nifoodreviews #belfastfoodplaces ♬ Woop Baby - Letherette

TAKEAWAY

WAKA, 35 Boucher Rd, Belfast (12pm-11pm)

@ciaraaglynn95 Drive Thru Chinese, Belfast, is it worth it… YES!!!! #fyp #foodie #drivethruchinese #belfast #chinese #discoverbelfast #dayinthelife #waka ♬ original sound - CIARA GLYNN

Belfast’s only drive thru Chinese is not just a novelty. Having opened in 2021 WAKA has become many people's favorite takeout treat.

Flout! PortView Trade Centre, 310 Newtownards Rd, Belfast (Thursday & Friday 12pm-2pm, Saturday 12-3pm)

@nifoodreviews So we’re FINALLY trying the famous Flout Pizza in East Belfast Is it the best pizza I’ve ever had? No… BUT you can tell the amount of work that goes into each slice. The sauce was so delicious, but I felt like it needed a bit more cheese (don’t come @ me lol) Overall, a FANTASTIC concept that has brought so many people to Belfast and I hope it stays… really love the story behind it too… 9/10 #nifoodreviews #nifood #nifoodie #nifoodblog #nifoodblogger #nifoodbloggers #belfast #eastbelfast #belfastfoodie #belfastfood #belfastfoodfinds #belfastfoodplaces #northernireland #pizza ♬ Chrysanthemum Tea - Prod. Sit in or takeaway. It’s entirely up to you. Flout! Pizza offers both round form and squared pie pizzas. Putting various specials on each week once you’ve selected your pizza, and it’s heated in the oven, fresh parmesan and hot honey is added to it. These pizzas are fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside and extremely cheesy. The perfect place for pizza aficionados.

However, they often sell out quickly, so to avoid disappointment, early arrival is recommended.
