Pakistan has given a hero’s welcome to their victorious Champions Trophy winners.
The nation’s cricket captain Sarfraz Ahmed showed off their trophy from a balcony outside his residence in Karachi – and was met by this crowd…

Incredible scenes.
Fans decorated the street and had waited through the night to welcome Ahmed , with some carrying children on their shoulders to get a glimpse of him – and the crowd unfurled a huge, 70-foot (21-metre) national flag on the street.
Such was the clamour from fans that police had to clear a path for Ahmed’s car as it arrived into the area – even though he and fast bowler Ruman Raees arrived back in Karachi at 4.45am.
Pakistan secured a stunning victory over their arch-rivals and hot favourites India in London on Sunday – winning the tournament final by 180 runs to secure the Champions Trophy for the first time.
It was Pakistan’s first major win in a cricket tournament since the 1992 World Cup.
