This is the awesome new addition to a police force’s fleet of vehicles – a customised Hummer complete with games consoles.
It has been modified to include three television and games systems as well as emergency lighting and police badges inside and out.
But it’s not about giving officers downtime, Boynton Beach Police Department in Florida will use the vehicle for youth outreach and community engagement, chatting to the public about their work as they play.
The vehicle was donated through a military surplus programme and the bespoke additions covered by donations.
Now, the force is searching for a name for the Hummer – the winner gets to play one of the captains at Mario Kart.
