The video reveals very little about the plot of the final series, but does show footage from scenes at senior prom – as well as footage of the final table read and the last day on set.
It also shows star Dylan Minnette embracing his co-stars.
Among the returning cast members are Alisha Boe, Brandon Flynn, Miles Heizer, Brenda Strong, Amy Hargreaves, Josh Hamilton, and Mark Pellegrino.

The synopsis for the series says: “In the series’ final season, Liberty High School’s senior class prepares for graduation. But before they say goodbye, they’ll have to keep a dangerous secret buried and face heartbreaking choices that could impact their futures forever.”
The series has made headlines since it first launched, and its depiction of the suicide of Hannah Baker (played by Katherine Langford) came in for criticism.
Netflix ultimately removed a scene depicting the graphic suicide of Baker from the first season, and the streaming giant said in a statement that it had decided to edit the scene “on the advice of medical experts”.
At the time of its release, the streaming service had defended its decision to include the scene, which came with a warning for viewers that it “may not be suitable for younger audiences”.
Following the initial backlash, Netflix added information about crisis helplines.
