Co Down construction group Graham has completed work on a new £50 million residential tower in Liverpool.

The Hillsborough-based firm was contracted by the Ridgeback Group for the Pall Mall Press project.

The 22-storey high rise building in Liverpool city centre features 225 build-to-rent (BTR) apartments.

Graham was appointed to the 282,617 sq ft construction project in April 2021.

The firm’s regional director, Peter Reavey said: “The project is a testament to the dedication and expertise of the entire team. This prestigious development not only enhances Liverpool’s skyline but also provides modern and sustainable living spaces within a thriving new community.

Seamus Keane, development director at Ridgeback, said: “We are delighted with the progress Graham and the wider team have achieved in reaching this milestone.

“It is a testament to all the hard work by the project team in delivering 336 new homes for our residents, as part of the vibrant community of Liverpool.”
