Jet2 has announced fights from Belfast International Airport to Iceland for the 2025/26 winter and spring season.

Holiday airline Jet2 has announced flights and holiday packages to Iceland from Belfast International Airport, offering the chance to experience the Northern Lights.

The carrier is planning three trips from Aldergrove over the winter of 2025 and into early spring 2026, with flight-only or package holiday options.

The slots include a four-night trip on December 3 2025, a four-night trip on February 18 2026 and a four-night trip on April 22 2026.

Jet2 said the dates offer opportunities to witness the spectacular Northern Lights from Iceland.

The airline’s chief executive, Steve Heapy, said it’s the earliest the company has put the Iceland programme on sale from Belfast International Airport.

“The programme has been put on sale early in response to the strong demand from customers and independent travel agents across Northern Ireland, and it offers more fantastic choice,” he said.

“The dazzling beauty of Iceland, coupled with the award-winning benefits available through Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks, means we are confident that this programme will be another resounding success from Belfast International Airport, and we will see more customers than ever before visiting this breath-taking destination.”
