Pogoda seating is also proposed for an upper terrace area.
It’s the latest hospitality group to pursue a rooftop space.
The Maverick on Donegall Street is currently progressing its new rooftop development after securing planning approval last month.
Plans for rooftop terraces have also been announced by the Ringland Group for its hotel and hospitality complex on Howard Street, while Glendola Leisure and Carlton Hotel Collection has proposed a similar terrace for its new hotel on The Tipsy Bird site on Ann Street.
Similar proposals have also been lodged for The Keep development on Castle Lane and Belfast Harbour’s City Quays 5 office-led development.
Belfast group Beannchor has also heavily invested in rooftop hospitality, with Tetto restaurant and garden on top of the Bullitt hotel.
