Working a 28 hour week, you will report to the Aviation Security (AvSec) Compliance Lead in this exciting role.
As security controller you will:
- Assist with the implementation of the UK National Aviation Security Programme and ensure that the Company’s responsibilities under legislation are fully complied with
- Assist with safeguarding the aerodrome and civil aviation operations against unlawful interference, by providing a regular review of security needs
- Maintain the Aerodrome Security Programme in accordance with relevant directives and to ensure the appropriate development of systems, protocols and instructions
- Manage the daily function and activities of the Security and Passes department

Croft Lodge is a seven bed wheelchair friendly respite unit which provides adults with learning disabilities the opportunity to come and enjoy a break with us. This service provides 24 hour tailored care and allows main carers to avail of a break to recharge. As team leader you will:
- Support the registered manager to develop and implement personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs.
- Support the registered manager to ensure the delivery of quality care and support.
- Support with the management budgets and resources.
- The team leader will mentor and supervise the Support Team.
