MACS are recruiting a HR professional to lead the HR & Admin team to manage administrative activities, liaising with external providers, maintaining HR systems and co-coordinating recruitment drives.
MACS provide support services for children and young people aged 16-25 years who may be experiencing a range of issues including homelessness or at risk of homelessness and many other challenges.
The HR and admin team have responsibility for the support functions in MACS, ensuring effective processing of staff learning and development, recruitment and personnel records.
