A man in his 30s has died in a crash on a stretch of motorway in Dublin.
Emergency services attended the accident on the M1 at Junction 4, Donabate, after being alerted at around 7.30am on Wednesday.
The driver was travelling northbound when his car veered off the road and struck a barrier.
The man, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body was taken to the mortuary at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown.
Gardaí are currently at the scene of a road traffic incident on the M1 northbound.
The road is currently closed between Junctions 4 and 5.

The scene has been preserved for technical examination by Garda forensic collision investigators.
The M1 northbound was closed between Junctions 4, Donabate, and 5, Balbriggan South, for a time on Wednesday, with local diversions in place.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact them.
Any road users who were travelling in the area at the time and who may have camera footage are asked to make it available to officers.
