Police have seized two BB guns in Co Antrim as part of an investigation into criminality linked to the South East Antrim UDA.
The two weapons were recovered during searches of business premises in the Newtownabbey and Carrickfergus areas on Wednesday.
The searches were carried out by PSNI detectives from the multi-agency Paramilitary Crime Task Force working alongside HM Revenue and Customs officials.
No arrests were made during the searches.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “The inspections were part of an ongoing investigation into suspected criminality linked to the South East Antrim UDA.
“Working with our partner agencies, we remain committed in our efforts to bring those who profit from criminality before the courts.”
