Man charged over Co Antrim church and business premises burglary

High-value items were stolen in break-ins last month

A 35-year-old man has been charged in connection with burglaries at a church building and business premises in Co Antrim.

The man had been detained on Thursday by police investigating the burglaries in Broughshane’s Main Street and Buckna Road areas on June 8, during which high-value electronic items were stolen.



He was later charged with two counts of burglary, and is dur to appear before Ballymena Magistrates Court on August 8, and all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
