A man was charged with grievous bodily harm following an assault in Co Tyrone early on Monday.
The 31-year-old is due to appear before Strabane Magistrates Court on Thursday.
He is charged with several offences, including grievous bodily harm with intent, following the assault at a property in Beechmount Village in Strabane.
Police earlier said the man suffered “significant injuries” in the serious assault shortly before 4am on Monday.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) said one person was treated at the scene by an emergency crew before being taken to Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry.
