A warning for snow and ice across parts of Northern Ireland has been issued by the Met Office.
The forecaster said that up to 10cm of snow is possible in some places in the north, including the Mournes, Sperrins and Antrim Hills.
The ‘yellow warning’ is due to take effect from 9pm tonight until 6pm on Sunday.
It comes after Katesbridge in Co Down recorded the coldest temperature on the island of Ireland on Friday at -6 degrees Celsuis (21.2F).
A previous yellow weather warning had been issued on Friday, with many parts of the north experiencing icy conditions overnight.
