Part of M5 motorway reopens after crash ‘involving a number of vehicles’

A stretch of the M5 motorway near Belfast has reopened after a crash “involving a number of vehicles”.

It is understood up to six vehicles were involved in the collision.

The M5 had earlier been closed between Greencastle and Rushpark, with motorists advised to avoid the area.

The road reopened to traffic on Saturday afternoon.
