The PSNI has charged a 61-year-old man with non-recent sexual offences, with a 57-year-old woman also arrested and charged for aiding and abetting additional offences.
Both of them are due to appear in Newry Magistrates Court on April 24.
In line with normal procedures, all charges are to be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
Police have said no further details are available at this time.
