A block of student flats in Belfast city centre has been evacuated following a fire.
There are no reports of any injuries as a result of the blaze in Great Patrick Street, which was reported on Sunday shortly before 12.30pm.
A Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said five appliances from Belfast fire stations, along with an aerial appliance, arrived at the scene.
Firefighters with breathing apparatus entered the property and extinguished the blaze.
The spokesperson added: “The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
