18-year-old killed in Co Derry crash

The PSNI is appealing for witnesses to the crash to come forward

A teenager has died after a crash in Co Derry on Thursday morning.

18-year-old Noah Karran from Derry died following the single vehicle crash in Park, outside Claudy at around 9am on Thursday.

The deceased was driving a silver Saab at the time of the collision, with the PSNI appealing for witnesses to the crash to come forward.

Inspector Cherith Adair from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Collision Investigation Unit said: “Eighteen-year-old Noah Karran from the Derry/ Londonderry area was driving a silver Saab on the Learmount Road when the collision occurred.”
