A yellow weather warning for strong winds is in place across parts of Northern Ireland.
Gusts of 45 to 50 mph are expected, perhaps reaching 60 to 65 mph in a few exposed areas.
The Met Office said some delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are likely.
Those travelling are encouraged to check road conditions and amend their plans if necessary.
Belfast City Airport said there may be some disruption to flights and advised passengers to check the status of their flight.

A Met Office spokesperson said: “Strong and gusty westerly winds will develop across the north and east of Northern Ireland.
“Gusts of 45 to 50 mph are expected, perhaps reaching 60 to 65 mph in a few exposed areas, which may lead to some travel disruption.
“Give yourself the best chance of avoiding delays by checking road conditions if driving, or bus and train timetables, amending your travel plans if necessary. If you are on the coast, stay safe by being aware of large waves. Even from the shore, large breaking waves can sweep you off your feet and out to sea.
“Take care if walking near cliffs; know your route and keep dogs on a lead. In an emergency, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.”
The weather warning is in place until 2pm on Tuesday.
A yellow warning for snow in Northern Ireland for New Year’s Day has been cancelled.
In the Republic, Met Éireann has issued a yellow warning for rain in Donegal until 11am on Tuesday.
A yellow alert for wind is also in place for counties Donegal, Galway and Mayo.
