JustPark is offering voters 30 minutes of free parking near polling stations on Westminster election voting day, July 4.
Voters can access the free parking by pre-booking a space via the company’s website and app.
A survey found that more than a quarter (28%) were planning to drive to cast their vote, with cars being the second preferred mode of transport to the polls overall, after walking.
“By offering free parking on Election Day, we hope to make it easier for all voters, especially those with mobility issues or who are short on time, to find a place to park near their polling station,” said Mary Corrie, managing director of JustPark.
